In cPanel go to SSL/TLS Status, tick the domains you want covered, then click Run AutoSSL. Issuance takes a few minutes.
The domain must already resolve to our server before AutoSSL can validate it. If issuance fails, that is nearly always the reason. Confirm your nameservers are pointed at us, wait for propagation, then try again.
